From time to time we are asked how to change the time on several of the systems we maintain. In effort to speed this process, we have listed the procedures below.

Panasonic DBS 824, 40, 72 & 96 Systems.

From the Attendant's display phone.

    1. Press "On/Off"

    2. Press "Prog"

    3. Press " ##"

    4. Press "FF1 key"

    5. Dial 1#, 2#

    6. Dial the time in 24 hr format.

    7. Press #

    8. Press "On/Off"

From any display phone in the system.

    1. Press "On/Off"

    2. #98 + Password

    3. Press "Prog"

    4. Press " ##"

    5. Press "FF1 key"

    6. Dial 1#, 2#

    7. Dial the time in 24 hr format.

    8. Press #

    9. Press "On/Off"

Panasonic DBS 576 & 576 HD

To change the time on the system from a display phone.

    1. Press On/Off

    2. Press "Prog"

    3. Press " * * "

    4. Dial the " Password"

    5. Press "FF8" (second row of buttons with lights from the bottom, second button from the left)

    6. Dial 1001, Press Hold

    7. Dial in new time in 24 hr format.

    8. Press Hold and then "On/Off"

Nortel Norstar

From any display phone.

    1. Press "Feature * * "

    2. Dial the word "Admin"

    3. Dial the password

    4. Press the bottom key with a black arrow in the display until the display says Time and Date.

    5. Press the Change key.

    6. Dial the new Time

    7. Press "Release"

Teltronics Vision LS and Vision MS

If you have the PC administration tools.

    1. Log in ( ALL CAPS )

    2. Go to Menu 0

    3. Go to Maintenance 

    4. Go to Time and Date

    5. Go to Revise

    6. Make change in 24 hr format

    7. Exit

PanaVoice PC Voice Mail

    1. Log in to the System Console.

    2. Click on the Time and Date icon.

    3. Change time to current.

    4. Save and exit.

PanaVoice S Series Voice Mail

    1. Call Voice Mail.

    2. Log in to the Voice Mail using the SYSMGR Login

    3. Go to option 7.

    4. Follow the prompt.

WavMail PC Voce Messaging System

    1. Change the computer Time in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

    2. Turn monitor back off.

Voice Trak DOS based Voice Mail System

    1. Log in to system by pressing the "ALT" key and then the password.

    2. Exit out to the DOS prompt type " Time".

   3. Type new time in same format.

   4. Restart computer.

PanaVoice Courier

This is a Windows 98 based Voice Messaging System. The time is controlled by the operating  system. These systems are set up to automatically change at the appropriate time of year. If this doesn't occur properly, log on to the system and change time time just as you would change the time on your workstation. 

If you can not achieve this on your own, due to a lack of monitor, keyboard or mouse, please call and we will be happy to assist you either remotely or with an on site visit.

NEC NEAX2000

System time is adjusted automatically, there is no need to change it at daylight savings. If your system clock is incorrect a few minutes one way or the other, please call our service department and we will be happy to adjust it for you at no charge.

From the Operator DSS when idle:

  1. Press [ICM] + [FEAT] + [6] + [4]
  2. Enter the time [HH MM] using the 24 hour military clock
  3. Press [SPKR]

From the Attendant Console when idle:

  1. Press [ETC] + [ETC] + [ETC] + [F1]
  2. Enter the time [HH MM] using the 24 hour military clock
  3. Press [RLS]

  1. Go off-hook and press [FEAT] + [SPKR] + [3]
  2. Enter the time [HH MM] using the 24 hour military clock
  3. Go on-hook

  2. Enter the time as HH + [SP] + MM + [SP] + [*AM] or [*PM]
  3. Press [SET] then [PROG]

  1. Go off-hook and press [FEAT] + [5]
  2. Enter the time [HH MM] using the 24 hour military clock
